12-13 May 2022 F&L’s international network of senior business leaders met in Luxembourg – centre of Europe, intercontinental logistics hub in the heart of the blue banana, and formerly one of the world’s largest steel producers.  Participants were based across the European continent, in often global roles with global companies.

As the freight logistics horizon shifts in front of our eyes, how is the race to success changing?

This meeting enabled an exchange of ideas and possible solutions to today’s challenges in an open and confidential environment with a wide community of logistics & supply chain leaders, experts, practitioners, thought-leaders and innovators.  How can we  demonstrate value in the eyes of our stakeholders so that we are resilient in the face of radical uncertainties ahead?  What actions move us ahead in the game so that we are ‘actors in’ change and not ‘victims of’?

Shifting horizons: ensuring a
value proposition for your stakeholders

Where innovation and efficiency meet sustainability

The intermodal terminal Bettembourg-Dudelange in Luxembourg is equipped with an innovative rail motorway platform able to load all types of trailers on a train. It is a powerful technology both in terms of performance for intermodal terminals and as a facilitator for the modal shift from road to rail.

We looked closely at what’s happening on a rail motorway platform and enjoyed discussion on the future and the challenges of transport.

F&L’s next meeting is 8-10 November 2022 in London. Please get in touch if you are interested in sponsoring.

For Luxembourg, sincere thanks to:
