Here’s my beef! Can we build transport networks that are reliable; not just cheaper?
Capacity constraints, disruption, and volatility are no longer exceptions: they are the new normal. Yet too many transport decisions are still driven by short‑term vision which is gradually weakening the resilience of our networks. This session challenges that mindset.
