Session 1: Industry Insight – Retail and FMCG
The impact of rapid change is clear in retail and FMCG which are driven by the need for flexibility/speed, and high volumes. With a focus on innovation, supply chain developments and new business processes, speakers will stimulate audience debate on different solutions for the future. Revolution is coming…
Session 2: Supply chain visibility and tools for management control
During this period of innovation, the ability to understand, manage and adjust amid the “data maelstrom” will help shippers and transport providers build sustainable (long term) strategies. “Visibility” means different things to different stakeholders, but as devices become cheaper and more integrated it is clear that data is in plentiful supply – yet is often stored in silos. Speakers will provide practical examples and honest experiences of their journeys and challenges before engaging the audience in two-way discussion about their own strategies for management control, new business processes, better use of resources and reducing risk and vulnerability.
