Meet the team

F&L directors support the Executive team who lead the daily work of F&L and its community.  We are proud to be working with our current leaders who are focusing on bringing a refreshed quality to our membership while respecting F&L’s heritage:

Directors are voluntary roles and are appointed by invitation, based on an individual’s ability and desire to promote and foster the success of F&L through positive participation and contribution to ideas and themes suitable for debate as well as for their contact base and support for the objectives of F&L.  We seek broad input on challenges and opportunities in the sector and directors who reflect the broad multi-stakeholder F&L membership.  Directors have a limited term mandate and are appointed by the membership.  They preserve the neutrality, independence and reputation of F&L at all times. 

F&L’s daily business is run by a small executive team who work year-round with the community.  We enjoy the active support of our directors, ambassadors and many in our network who participate in leadership teams and contribute to dialogue and collaboration in a host of topics and areas.
